The tender includes the following services:

- Hardware and licenses for Checkpoint products,

- Support for hardware and software (new devices plus optional existing hardware),

- instruction in the delivered systems,

- training,

- optional: services.

The duration of the framework contract is 2 years with the option of extending the term by two years.

The contractor shall deliver components ordered to the client within the framework of individual call-offs within 14 days of placing the order. Within a further week, the setup will take place, including the operational readiness and the instruction in the systems.
