The subject of the contract is banking service of the budget of the Sieradz County and district organizational units in the period from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2026. The scope of the contract includes, m.in: 1) Opening and maintaining current and auxiliary accounts for the budget of the Sieradz County and organizational units (Table No. 1 - Annex to the Description of the subject of the contract) and units that may be appointed by the Contracting Authority during the performance of the contract, including accounts related to the settlement of funds received from state special purpose funds and from the budget of the European Union from foreign sources. 2) Opening bank accounts, apart from those referred to in preparatory activities for the implementation of banking services for the Poviat, will be carried out by the Contracting Authority within the granted powers of the Banking System Administrator. 3) Ensuring the possibility of opening and maintaining foreign currency accounts within auxiliary accounts on which money orders will be executed in foreign currency. 4) Ensuring the possibility of opening virtual accounts for regular contractors of the Ordering Party. 5) Providing a uniform electronic banking system for servicing all bank accounts of the Ordering Party that meets the standards of secure communication, its implementation, installation, combined with training of employees of all units of the District and technical assistance. 6) Providing a secure electronic banking service system via the Internet.
