The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the city of Lubaczów, collected in accordance with the provisions of the current Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Lubaczów adopted by the Resolution of the City Council in Lubaczów.

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the receipt and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the city of Lubaczowa, collected in accordance with the provisions of the current Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of Lubaczów Municipal Municipality passed by the Resolution of the Municipal Council in Lubaczów.
The scope of the contract includes:
1) Collection from all property owners residing in the municipality, generated and collected amount of individual fractions of municipal waste:
a) Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (waste code: 20 03 01), collected in containers or bags.
b) Municipal waste collected selectively, in containers or
in bags, divided into 4 fractions, i.e.: Plastics, multi-material packaging, metal packaging (marking: Yellow), Glass (marking: Green), Paper (marking: Blue), Bio-waste (marking: Brown), including:
Paper packaging (waste code: 15 01 01), Paper and paperboard (waste code: 20 01 01)
– collected as a fraction of Paper;
Glass packaging (waste code: 15 01 07), Glass (waste code: 20 01 02) – collected as a fraction Glass;
Plastic packaging (waste code: 15 01 02), Metal packaging (waste code: 15 01 04), Multi-material packaging (waste code: 15 01 05), Mixed packaging waste (waste code: 15 01 06), Plastics (waste code: 20 01 39), Metals (waste code: 20 01 40) – collected as a fraction Plastics, multi-material packaging, metal packaging;
Biodegradable kitchen waste (waste code: 20 01 08), Biodegradable waste (waste code: 20 02 01) – collected as a fraction Biowaste.
(c) Separately collected municipal waste which does not require collection containers, comprising:
Bulky waste (waste code: 20 03 07), including: furniture and other bulky waste;
Used tyres (waste code: 16 01 03);
Equipment containing CFCs (waste code: 20 01 23*), Waste electrical appliances
and electronic other than those mentioned in 20 01 21, 20 01 23, 20 01 35 (waste code: 20 01 35*), Waste electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21, 20 01 23 and 20 01 35 (waste code: 20 01 36).
d) Municipal waste collected selectively in containers or bags for their collection in the Municipality of Lubaczów, including:
Alkaline batteries (except 16 06 03) (waste code: 16 06 03), collected
in containers located in schools and in selected public facilities;
Medicines other than those listed in 20 01 31 (waste code: 20 01 32), after the expiry date and unused medicines collected in containers located in selected pharmacies donated by residents (does not apply to medicines from the activity).
2) The contract related to the management of municipal waste collected directly from residents includes, in particular, the provision of services in the field of:
(a) mechanical and biological treatment of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and separation of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste fractions suitable for recovery in whole or in part;
b) treatment of separately collected biowaste in accordance with the Waste Act,
(i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, items 699, 1250, 1726, 2127, 2722);
c) conducting a mechanical and biological process of processing mixed municipal waste (under-sieve fraction 0-80 mm) in accordance with the Waste Act, (i.e. Journal of Laws.
of 2022, items 699, 1250, 1726, 2127, 2722), over-sieve fraction (> 80 mm)
the calorific value required by current law should be transferred
for use as an alternative fuel;
(d) the storage of waste after the mechanical-biological process of processing of mixed municipal waste (stabilizate);
(e) sorting from mixed packaging waste and waste of secondary raw materials for recovery;
(f) sorting of mixed packaging waste and waste
