The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the needs of the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Rzeszów, divided into tasks:

1) TASK No. 1 - supply of electricity and provision of electricity distribution services for the building of the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Rzeszów at 14 Wierzbowa Street in the amount of 1 400 000 kWh for a period of 24 months in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract

2) TASK NO. 2 - supply of electricity and provision of electricity distribution services for the premises of the Local Branch in Sanok, 24 Konarskiego Street in the amount of 20,000 kWh for a period of 24 months

TASK NO. 1 - supply of electricity and provision of electricity distribution services for the building of the Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Center in Rzeszów at 14 Wierzbowa Street in the amount of 1 400 000 kWh for a period of 24 months in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ - Chapter III point 1)

TASK NO. 2 - supply of electricity and ensuring the provision of electricity distribution services for the premises of the Local Branch in Sanok, 24 Konarskiego Street in the amount of 20,000 kWh for a period of 24 months in accordance with the provisions of SWZ Chapter III point 2
