The purpose of this tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with one supplier for the supply of excellent Furniture including assembly, maintenance, repair, supply of spare parts and logistics services, including transport (annual redistribution) and (temporary) storage.

In doing so, the Contractor advises Keender by making improvements in ergonomics, how best to order (due to delivery times, logistics, model selection and interchangeability and so on) and offers inspiring design proposals that address the need of the school is paramount, but in which the Contractor's expertise and creativity also comes into its own.

All in all, for the execution of the Assignment, Keender is looking for a party that can provide excellent products and fully meet the requirements of this Invitation to Enroll ment. In addition, furniture is of high quality and meets the general standards of ergonomics.
