1. The subject of the contract is a non-cash purchase by the Ordering Party of supplies of diesel oil for diesel cars to two microfuel stations located:
1) at the office of the Ordering Authority in Piaseczno at 6 Techniczna Street (microstation No. 1);
2) on the territory of the property located in Piaseczno at 4 Techniczna Street (microstation No. 2).
2. The tank of each microstation has a capacity of 5,000 liters.
3. With the help of both microstations, only the Ordering Party's vehicles used for the collection and road transport of municipal waste are refueled.

2. The tank of each microstation has a capacity of 5,000 liters.
3. With the help of both microstations, only the Ordering Party's vehicles used for the collection and road transport of municipal waste are refueled.
4. The use of both microstations is subject to strict records by the Ordering Party using the station terminal ensuring the identification of employees.
5. The Ordering Party's demand includes an average of 2 deliveries per month to each of the microstations. However, the Contractor must have the ability to provide supplies at a higher frequency in accordance with the current operational needs of the Contracting Entity.
6. The Ordering Party requires that deliveries be made each time no later than 2 working days after the request is requested between 8:00 and 14:00.
7. During the term of the contract (12 months), the Ordering Party may place total orders up to a total amount of up to PLN 2,500,000.00 (two million five hundred thousand). net.
8. Diesel fuel for diesel cars must meet the quality requirements for liquid fuels specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy
of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680), as well as standards: PN-EN 590 and PN-EN 228, respectively.
