The subject of the Order is:

SUPPLY OF CONSUMABLES FOR INKJET PRINTERS, LASER PRINTERS, MULTIFUNCTIONAL DEVICES, the material and quantitative scope of which is specified in Annex 1 (A, B) to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract and in accordance with

with provisions in the draft contract - Annex No. 3 (A,B) to the SWZ

Main subject of the contract CPV – 30100000-0 Office machines, equipment and materials except computers, furniture printers.

Additional subject of the order CPV – 30125110-5 Laser/Fax Toners

CASE NO.: 18/ZP/D/ WYCH/ŁĄCZ /2022 Note: in correspondence addressed to the Ordering Party, this sign should be used.

1. The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders divided into 2 parts:

• Part I: "Supply of consumables for inkjet printers, lasers, multifunction devices" – Communication Service (SSŁiI)

• Part II: "Supply of consumables for printers" – Educational Section

Supply of consumables for inkjet printers, lasers, multifunction devices" – Communication Service (SSŁiI)

The subject of the contract is: DELIVERY OF CONSUMABLES FOR INKJET PRINTERS, LASER PRINTERS, MULTIFUNCTIONAL DEVICES, the material and quantitative scope of which is specified in Annex 1A to the SWZ. The terms of performance of the contract are included in the draft contracts constituting Annex 3A to the SWZ and the specifications of the terms of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to execute the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contracts and SWZ for part I. The Ordering Party requires the total implementation of the quantities specified in the task (offer for the entire assortment in part). Warranty Period: Part I: minimum 12 months from the date of delivery of materials to the Ordering Party. Deadline for the execution of the contract for Part I: min. 10 days - max. 20 working days from the signing of the contract - the Ordering Party allows the possibility of successive deliveries within this period.

Part II: "Supply of consumables for printers" – Educational Section

The subject of the contract is: SUPPLY OF CONSUMABLES FOR PRINTERS, the material and quantitative scope of which is specified in Annex 1B to the SWZ. The terms of performance of the contract are included in the draft contracts constituting Annex 3B to the SWZ and the specifications of the terms of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to execute the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contracts and SWZ for Part II. The Ordering Party requires the total implementation of the quantities specified in the task (offer for the entire assortment in part). Warranty Period: Part II: minimum 24 months from the date of delivery of materials to the Ordering Party.

Term of the contract: Part II: min.10 days - max. 20 working days from signing the contract - one-time delivery! Working days shall be considered to be days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays falling within that period.
