2. If the description of the subject of the contract includes: the names of trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific contractor, this shall be treated only as an aid in describing the subject of the contract. In any case, equivalent products are acceptable in terms of use, functionality, performance, intended use, etc. At the same time, the Contracting Authority informs that in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1C to the SCW) it indicated the criteria used to assess equivalence.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1C to the swz.
4. The terms of performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – model contract, Annex 1D to the SGW.
