The subject of the contract is the performance of a service and land development works in connection with the implementation of the investment concerning the restoration of the historical city park in Bytom Odrzański named after Dr. Morasiewicz, located at plot 463 at Mickiewicza Street. The planned scope of works is, m.in.: 1) Laying the surface of granite slabs, 2) delivery with installation of trash cans, benches, bicycle racks, 3) delivery and assembly of a granite monument slab with a size. 200 x 250 cm, 4) electrical works related to: - laying cables, - LED park lighting, 5) in the field of greenery: - removal of trees and bushes, - maintenance of existing trees and renovation of lawns, - planting trees, shrubs, perennials, - implementation of the irrigation system. The detailed scope of works is specified in bills of quantities. The contracting authority requires a guarantee of 12 months for services related to the maintenance of green areas, 24 months for the delivery and installation of elements of small architecture and min. 36 months for construction works in the field of electrical works.

The detailed scope of works/works is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ – technical documentation (development design, bill of quantities). Documents describing the subject of the contract should be treated as mutually explanatory and complementary in the sense that if any ambiguities or ambiguities of performance are found, the Contractor will not be able to limit the scope of its obligation or the scope of due diligence.
