Supply of electricity in the second half of 2023 for the needs of the Farmers' Rehabilitation Center of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund NIWA

Supply of electricity in the second half of 2023 for the needs of the Farmers' Rehabilitation Centre of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund NIWA specified in Annex 1A to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract - Spreadsheet specifying the price of the offer and in Annex 6 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the public procurement contract that will be introduced into the content of this contract. The estimated amount of electricity supplied during the delivery period is 625.5 MWh: which is the sum of the planned amount of about 625 MWh for basic power supply - tariff B 23 and about 0.5 MWh for backup power supply - tariff C 21. The subject of the contract does not include electricity distribution services. In addition, the Contracting Authority informs that it is an eligible customer, within the meaning of Article 2 point 2 letter e of the Act of 27 October 2022 (Journal of Laws 2022.2243, as amended) on extraordinary measures aimed at limiting electricity prices and supporting certain customers in 2023.
