1. The subject of the contract is the successive implementation of A4 white paper supplies for printing and copying to the judiciary units and to CZdS IGB and KSSiP, called Units.
2. Deliveries will be made in the form of partial deliveries to the Units, including the Print Service Centre indicated in Annex 5 to the SWZ – Model contract, based on orders placed by the Units, via the Ordering Party's IT system, to the e-mail address indicated by the Contractor.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the order, containing the size and scope of the order, is Annex No 2 to SWZ — Description of the subject matter of the order — Price form.
4. Detailed rules for placing orders and implementing partial supplies are defined by the Model Agreement which is Annex 5 to the SWZ.

6. The Order will be executed for a period of 12 months from the date indicated in the statement made by the Ordering Party, falling no later than 3 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
7. On the basis of the declaration/statements of the Contracting Authority, the time limit referred to in point 6 may be extended by the time indicated by the Contracting Authority, but for a period of not more than 6 months.
8. Specific cases and conditions for the change of the date of execution of the order shall be defined by the Model Agreement — Annex 5 to the SWZ.
9. The maximum period of implementation of individual partial deliveries shall be 5 working days from the date of placing the order (under the terms set out in the Model Agreement — Annex 5 to the SWZ).
