Contract is for the provision of multi-disciplinary professional services in respect of the regeneration and development of the Brewhouse Theatre and Arts Centre, Taunton.

This requirement has been divided into 3 lots.
Lot 1 = Architect Led Design Team comprising:
— Core Disciplines,
— Architect,
— Lead Designer,
— Building Services Engineer,
— Structural Engineer,
— Principle Designer.
Together with the following non-core service disciplines:
— Heritage Consultancy,
— Acoustics Engineer,
— P lanning Matters,
— Theatre Specialist.
The supplier will work in partnership with the Council and the leaseholder, the Taunton Theatre Association Ltd, to deliver a viable and sustainable building fit for the next 50 years within the fixed construction budget and recognising the Councils vision for the area.
