ANDRA wishes to set up a framework agreement with subsequent contracts for support and consulting services in project management in order to meet the needs of the Cigeo project. Over the entire duration of the framework agreement, each requirement will be the subject of specific specifications and will lead to the establishment of a subsequent contract with one of the holders of the framework agreement. The objective of the service is to provide strategic and / or operational support for the definition and / or the conduct of the management activities of the Cigeo project. The targeted project management activities concern, in particular, support for the strategic and operational management of the project, the control of deadlines, the control of costs, the control of risks and opportunities and the management of quality / supplier audits. The various missions will be contracted out subsequent to the framework agreement and will mobilize the skills of specialists in the professions listed above.

Missions:

- support for operational management - scheduling and planning,

- project reporting,

- monitoring of the production of deliverables,

- development of reporting and production tools for project deliverables,

- implementation of visual management,

- analysis of load - capacity adequacy,

- development of transversal processes for the entire project,

- organization and breakdown of the project into work packages (WBS / PBS structure).

- expertise and / or methodological advice in R&O,

- development of methods and tools dedicated to controlling R&O,

- operational support for the deployment of a Cigeo project R&O methodology.

- taking charge of financial monitoring of a project scope (preparation of the medium-term plan, budget control, reporting, etc.);

- design of cost management tools and support for the implementation of these dedicated tools;

- carrying out specific missions such as (financial simulations and associated expenditure schedules, value analyzes, support for structuring and analytical cost breakdown, etc.).
