Public procurement is a framework agreement that sets out all contractual stipulations. It is executed as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum expressed in quantity for its entire period of validity within the meaning of Article R2162-4, 2° of the Public Procurement Code. The maximum quantities are defined in Annex 3 of the CCTP "Maximum quantities". The public contract is a single contractor. The public contract shall be dealt with at unit prices set out in the unit price schedule (Bpu) of the lot concerned
This consultation is allocated and consists of 91 lotsAll supplies that can be ordered are described in the specification of special technical clauses (CCTP) and its annex 1: catalogue of requirements. The estimated quantities of the public contract are described in Annex 1 of the CCTP (catalogue of requirements). These quantities do not have contractual value.
