The object of the order is the collection and development of the entire stream of municipal waste, including selectively collected municipal waste, from property owners residing in Białobrzegi Municipality, in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling are achieved and preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage.
The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the entire municipal waste stream from property owners residing in the Białobrzegi Commune in a way that ensures the achievement of the required levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable waste transferred to landfill.
During the entire period of execution of the object of the contract, the Contractor undertakes
- collection ("at source") and management of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate inhabited from the Białobrzegi Commune, unsegregated (mixed) and collected in a selective manner,
in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of separate collection of selected fractions of waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906):
* unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
* paper including cardboard waste, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard,
* glass- glass waste including packaging waste from glass
* fraction comprising metals, plastics, multi-plant packaging waste - metal waste including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-plant packaging,
* fraction involving biowaste constituting municipal waste;
- receipt of municipal waste collected selectively in the framework of, detour collection” (pre-inhabited property) of the following waste fractions:
* large-sized waste (furniture, carpets, carpeting, large size toys, etc.)
* used electrical and electronic equipment,
* worn out tires
- collection of hazardous waste collected in a selective manner at the point of collection of expired medicines and transfer of expired medicines collected at the collection point to an authorized installation for thermal transformation of this waste in the D10 process,
- collection of waste from bus stops
- providing the owners of inhabited properties with the appropriate number of bags for selective waste collection within the offered price, including delivery of 400 pcs before the start of the task to the Ordering Party's headquarters. bags of any kind, which will be handed over during the implementation of the task to the residents of the Białobrzegi Commune, who in a given month generated a larger amount of waste, or submitted the first declaration. After using the bags from the Ordering Party's warehouse stock, the Contractor shall deliver the missing types of bags to the Ordering Party's headquarters within 7 days of the notification made by the Ordering Party via e-mail.
The system for receiving municipal waste only covers waste from inhabited properties, while it does not include waste created in institutions, schools, public facilities and business activities.
