1) The subject of the contract is the development of the ICT infrastructure of the PFSA Office consisting in:

a) delivery of 8 servers with the necessary equipment indicated in the OPU and their installation in places indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. in the location in Warsaw at 6E Niedźwiedzia Street and 11/21 Świętokrzyska Street,

b) provision of warranty service by the Contractor at least on the terms set out in § 4 of the draft Agreement (constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ).

2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation has been included in the draft Agreement (constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ).
