This contract has been awarded by the Urban Community of Angers Loire Métropole acting as coordinator of a group of orders set up by the "Current supplies and services" agreement of 5 May 2021. The stakeholders in the consultation are: Angers Loire Métropole (coordinator of the grouping) and the city of Angers. Single-contractor framework agreement with no minimum and maximum entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The maximum is set at €580,000 excluding VAT for the entire duration of the framework agreement and for all members of the grouping.

This framework agreement concerns the supply and installation of signage for the parks and gardens of Angers and in particular:

- Institutional signs

- regulatory signs

- Construction site signs,

- Awareness-raising and educational panels
