Description:
Framework agreement for application management of a transaction and position reporting system

This procurement comprises further development and application operation of reporting systems within securities, and the exchange of data with the European Securities Market Authority/ESMA as well as other EEA countries.

Reporting obligations connected to these systems are regulated in MiFIR((EU) no. 600/2014) article 26, which is incorporated in the Securities Trading Act.

Two reporting systems have been established so far: Transaction reporting (TRS) and reporting of positions in commodity derivatives (CPRS), which are covered by the procurement.

The contract will cover two areas, application operation, including technical user support, and further development, including technical architecture competence (only CPRS).

Offered consultants must, in addition to programming, offer competence in architecture/system design.
