Sola municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of architect services.

The objective of the contracts is to take care of the contracting authority's continuous need for

architect services for minor projects. For major projects where the total limit

exceeds NOK 20 000 000 the contracting authority reserves the right to hold

separate competitions. The framework agreements will be for 1 year, with an option for

the contracting authority to extend them for a further 1+1+1 years, total 4 years.

The option right will be in put into effect automatically, unless the contracting authority notifies differently

three months prior to end of the contract or option period, at the latest.
