Invitation to tender for the delivery of Precipitants

The maximum value per group, including any options and expected price increases, is stated in point 1.1.4. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Lots/groups
Tenders may be submitted for one or more geographic zones. Sub-tenders are not accepted for an individual geographical zone, nor are alternative tenders.

Zone 1: Ringerike municipality (maximum value NOK 26,000,000, excluding VAT)
Zone 2: Lier municipality (maximum value NOK 16,000,000, excluding VAT)
Zone 3: Øvre Eiker municipality (maximum value NOK 10,000,000, excluding VAT)
Zone 4: Modum municipality (maximum value NOK 6,000,000, excluding VAT)
Zone 5: Nesbyen municipality (maximum value NOK 6,000,000, excluding VAT)
Zone 6: Ål municipality (maximum value NOK 6,000,000, excluding VAT)
Zone 7: Hol municipality (maximum value NOK 6,000,000, excluding VAT)
Zone 8: Gol municipality (maximum value NOK 6,000,000, excluding VAT)

Framework agreement
The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.
The agreement period is from and including 2023-06-05 until and including 2025-06-04. The contract will automatically be valid for a further 2 years unless terminated by one of the parties.
The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 1 tenderer per zone.
The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
