Norsk nukleær dekommisjonering (NND) [Norwegian Nuclear Decommissioning] invites tenderers to participate in a contract for operational contract meeting room.

NND currently has 6 video conference rooms in operation, and 11 new rooms under establishment.

The video conference rooms are closely connected with NND’s Microsoft 365 service. NND’s video conference system is based on Cisco endpoint equipment and systems from Pexip for operation of the endpoints as well as connection to Microsoft 365.

NND’s meeting room facilities are spread across 4 addresses, Storgata and 2xTistedalsgata in Halden, and in Instituttveien at Kjeller.

NND will enter into contract with one supplier who will cover the need for the following areas:

1. User rights and operation of cloud services for operation of the video conference facilities.

a) Pexip cloud service for recording and signalling to the meeting rooms

b) Pexip cloud service for connection between the video conference rooms and NND’s Microsoft 365 service, specifically to Microsoft Teams.

2. Support and maintenance of all the existing and future meeting room equipment with agreed service level (SLA) including necessary licenses and service contract from third parties such as Cisco and Pexip.

3. Assistance with implementation and amendments in the system and establishing new meeting rooms as well as consultancy services in relation to such changes and additions. The assistance can include consultancy services, engineering design, project management, assembly and other services aimed at video conference systems.
