The requirements specification contains the Client's definition of what should be included in the municipal rat control in Rudersdal Municipality in order to comply with applicable legislation, executive orders, guidelines and other regulatory requirements, etc. All points in the Requirements Specification should therefore be understood as minimum requirements. Other terms are set out in Appendix A – Framework Agreement. The work must be carried out in compliance with the requirements and instructions of the Danish Working Environment Authority and other relevant authorities, including applicable chemicals legislation, and announcements from the Danish Environmental Protection Agency regarding the use of poison to control rats.

The winning Tenderer must collect all data required in accordance with the "Executive Order on the duty of municipal councils and regional councils to be in possession of environmental information when classifying municipal and regional activities to private individuals", BEK no. 1279 of 12.12.2005. The estimated value of the framework agreement is DKK 10 million. The maximum value of the framework agreement is DKK 12 million. The ordering party does not undertake to order for these values. The supplier's remuneration during the agreement period will be determined on the basis of the supplier(s) offered by the supplier and the municipalities' actual consumption of the supplier's services.
