This contract is for the implementation of a real-time information system for parking spaces in downtown Arlon and related maintenance over four years.
Minimum requirements:
- study of the most suitable metering technologies for each car park;
— the realization of technical drawings and drawings;
- obtaining all the necessary authorizations;
- supply of equipment: parking counting technologies, dynamic information panels and any other necessary equipment;
- work relating to the placement and connection of equipment;
- the provision of APIs for integration with the existing municipal application;
- the tests;
- training of municipal officers in charge of operation;
- delivery of all technical documentation;
- commissioning;
- upkeep and maintenance for four years;
— maximum period for the execution of the firm tranche fixed at 30.6.2022
The minimum requirements mentioned above are essential in the eyes of the contracting authority, their non-respect may lead to the substantial irregularity of the tender.
