Tenders are issued for maintenance/replacement/basic cleaning as well as glass/frame cleaning in objects of the city of Wesseling. The objects are administrative buildings, schools, sports halls, day-care centres, fire brigade equipment sheds, public toilets and funeral halls.

The benefits are paid in six lots. The division of the lots was carried out from a technical, local and quantitative point of view.

Maintenance, replacement and basic cleaning work in 19 properties. The properties have a floor area of approx. 21,300 m2 and an annual cleaning area of approx. 1,990,000 m2.

Maintenance and basic cleaning work in four properties. The properties have a floor area of approx. 21,300 m2 and an annual cleaning area of approx. 2,125,000 m2.

Maintenance and basic cleaning work in ten properties. The properties have a floor area of approx. 6,560 m2 and an annual cleaning area of approx. 1,260,000 m2.

Maintenance and thorough cleaning work in nine properties. The properties have a floor area of approx. 15,900 m2 and an annual cleaning area of approx. 2,138,000 m2.

Maintenance and basic cleaning work in seven properties. The properties have a floor area of approx. 15,400 m2 and an annual cleaning area of approx. 2,080,000 m2.

Twice a year glass/frame cleaning of 50 objects with an area of approx. 16,650 square meters.
