As part of this project, efficiency improvement measures are to be identified in the buildings managed by Sprinkenhof GmbH and ensured in the long term through continuously optimized building control. The portfolio consists in particular of office/administration buildings, venues, fire and rescue stations, police and/or cultural institutions. A typical size of the projects to be worked on as a priority is on average about 15,000 m² GFA per building. Buildings up to approx. 70,000 m² have to be processed.
The maximum call-off volume for the framework agreement is 1 million GFA.m for a maximum period of 6 years.
The specific services can be found in the service description (Appendix TNW 7).
It is planned to conclude the framework agreement with 1 framework contract partner, § 21 para. 3 VgV.
The framework agreement will initially be concluded for 2 years with the options for contract extensions (see section 2.1).
The framework agreement will already be made available to you as a draft during the participation procedure (Annex TNW 8). The framework agreement will be further developed as part of the procurement procedure.
