In recent times, the P&O department has put a lot of effort into positioning Fontys as an employer brand. The goal is to be visible in the market for potentials and to get to the right people. By publishing vacancies, but certainly also by using targeted Job marketing. In this way we find potentials who can fill our vacancies and contribute to the quality of our education and research. The follow-up to bringing in potentials is to remain relevant and attractive (bind and captivate).
For the positioning and creation of the employer brand (Employer Branding) and the creation of Job marketing campaigns, we use an external party that specializes in labor market communication. Fontys does not have this specific expertise, but certainly also the capacity to carry this out properly.
