1. The subject of the contract is to perform the function of a contract engineer for investment tasks: Renovation of buildings located at 7 Księży Młyn Street and 55 Przędzalniana Street and Renovation of MOPS premises in a building located at 19 Fabryczna Street in Łódź" as part of the Project entitled: "Textile Architecture Trail. Revitalization of Księży Młyn. Stage II".
2. The Contracting Authority described the subject of the contract in Chapter IV, points 1 – 5 of the SWZ, in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract and in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the contract.

The subject of the contract is to perform the function of a contract engineer for investment tasks: Renovation of buildings located at 7 Księży Młyn Street and 55 Przędzalniana Street and Renovation of MOPS premises in a building located at 19 Fabryczna Street in Łódź" as part of the Project entitled: "Textile Architecture Trail. Revitalization of Księży Młyn. Stage II' in the following scope:
1.1. Performing the function of an investor's supervision inspector over Investment Tasks as well as supervision over completed investments (in particular in the area of claims related to the course of investment implementation and under the guarantee/warranty) in the scope of the Investment Tasks indicated below:
1) Investment task 1: "Renovation of the building located at 7 Księży Młyn Street in Łódź along with the development of the yard space – design and build mode with author's supervision",
2) Investment task 2: "Renovation of the building located at 55 Przędzalniana Street in Łódź along with the development of the backyard space – design and build mode with author's supervision",
3) Investment task 3: "Renovation of the Day Care Home - Fabryczna 19/19A - design and build mode with author's supervision";
1.2. Performing the function of the Project Manager in the scope of financial settlement of the task co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Lodzkie Voivodship for 2014-2020, Priority Axis VI: Revitalization and endogenous potential of the region, Measure VI.3 Revitalization and development of socio-economic potential, Sub-measure VI.3.1 Revitalization and development of socio-economic potential – ITI. Co-financing agreement no. UDA-RPLD.06.03.01-10-0001/20-00 of 26.05.2021
1.3. Investor's supervision will be carried out for buildings located in Łódź at 7 Księży Młyn Street, 55 Przędzalniana Street and renovation of premises included in the register of monuments, covered by an entry in the register of monuments under the number:
a) registration number: A/44 of 20.01.1971: industrial construction complex of the former Scheibler and Grohman plants,
- area entry including objects historically related to the above-mentioned factory-residential - residential complex, located in the area bounded from the south by Milionowa Street, from the west by Piotrkowska - Sienkiewicza - Tylna - Targowa Streets, from the .pl north side of Zwycięstwa and Piłsudskiego Avenue and from the east - Przędzalniana Street,
(b) Reg. No. A/361 of 14.12.1995: factory and residential complex "Księży Młyn", 1873-91, including:
- Spinning mill, 25 Tymienieckiego Street,
- 20 workers' houses with outbuildings and infrastructure,
Księży Młyn 1-12 and Przędzalniana 53, 55, 57-67,
- fire brigade building, 30a Tymienieckiego Street
- school, 13/15 Księży Młyn Street
- consumers, Księży Młyn 14
- Edward Herbst's residence: palace, guardhouse, outbuilding, garden,
c) Reg. No. A/94 of 22.07.2010, including a workers' house with farm buildings in the second team of K. Scheibler.
