1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of a traffic control system in the m.st of Warsaw (3 parts), including:

a) part no. 1: intersections in Grójecka Street;

b) part no. 2: intersections in Powstańców Śląskich Street and Reymonta Avenue;

c) part no. 3: intersections in Puławska Street.

2. The subject matter of the contract includes the basic scope (Stages 1 and 2) and the scope within the right of option (Stages 3 and 4), specified in detail in the SWZ.
