Hessen Mobil intends to conclude a framework agreement on IT services for the provision of a Comon Data Environment (CDE) with planning management system (PMS) for individual BIM projects.

With this procurement procedure, Hessen Mobil pursues the procurement of a common data environment (CDE), including a document and planning management system (PMS) for the implementation of individual construction projects using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method.

For this purpose, a framework agreement is to be concluded from which individual calls for individual BIM procedures can be made. The minimum retrieval is 4 BIM procedures. A retrieval volume of 10 BIM projects is expected.
