The enquiry is for the engagement of an architect for planning an extension for Bore school and for planning a new sports hall. A sketch and preliminary project with the accompanying description shall be prepared first. Then the necessary detailed project shall be prepared in order to form a basis for the turnkey/main contract, the architect could be transported to the contractor for designing the detailed project and the work drawings with details. The school shall be planned in accordance with the requirements in TEK 10 and minimum energy class B. The engineering designers must have knowledge of the Education Act and regulations. The school has, according to the room programme, an area of 2 000 m2 gross.
