The purpose of this contract is to relaunch lot 3 relating to a mission to plan the deployment of control and signalling equipment. The procedure is launched in the form of a composite framework agreement, with a part processed at a fixed price, and a part processed at purchase orders, concluded within the following financial limits: - minimum amount: without minimum amount - maximum amount: 180,000 euros excluding VAT over the initial period, then 90,000 euros excluding VAT annually over the following periods. The Framework Agreement is concluded for an initial period of two years from the date of its notification, and is tacitly renewable twice, for successive periods of one year, without exceeding a maximum period of 4 years.
