1) Property All Risk's insurance and Annual Center Insurance for AURA Energi and Dinel;

2) Business and product liability insurance incl. professional responsibility;

3) Occupational injury insurance incl. voluntary occupational injury insurance for AURA Energy and Dinel;

4) Motor insurance for AURA Energy and Dinel;

5) Motor vehicle insurance for rental vehicles;

6) Executive and Board liability insurance;

7) Travel insurance;

8) Collective accident insurance for AURA Energi and Dinel;

9) Net Bankruptcy Insurance;

10) Cyber insurance.

AURA ENERGI AMBA wants to enter into an insurance contract within Property All Risk's insurance and Annual Center Insurance for AURA Energi and Dinel.

This sub-agreement consists of a total of 4 insurance contracts, which will result in 4 separate policies.

- Police 1 - All risks insurance, building / movable property incl. technical equipment in own cars for AURA Energi,

- Police 2 - All risks of Dinel's insurance, building, movable property and machine cap,

- Police 3 - Annual Center Insurance for AURA Energy,

- Police 4 - Annual Center Insurance for Dinel.

The tenderer must submit offers for all 4 insurance policies under this sub-agreement. Reference is made to the tender documents.

AURA ENERGI AMBA wants to enter into an insurance contract within Cyber Insurance.

AURA ENERGI AMBA wants to enter into an insurance contract within Business and Product Liability Insurance incl. professional responsibility.

AURA ENERGI AMBA wants to enter into an insurance contract within Work-related accident insurance incl. voluntary work injury insurance for AURA Energi and Dinel.

This sub-agreement consists of a total of 2 insurance contracts that will result in 2 separate policies:

- Police 1: Occupational injury insurance for AURA Energi incl. voluntary work injury insurance,

- Police 2: Work injury insurance for Dinel incl. voluntary work injury insurance.

Tenderer must submit bids on both insurances under this sub-agreement.

This sub-agreement consists of a total of 2 insurance contracts that will result in 2 separate policies:

- Police 2: Motor Vehicle Insurance for Dinel.

Tenderer must submit bids on both insurances under this sub-agreement.

This sub-agreement consists of a total of 2 insurance contracts that will result in 2 separate policies:

- Police 1 - Collective accident insurance for AURA Energy,

- Police 2 - Collective accident insurance for Dinel.

Tenderer must submit bids on both insurances under this sub-agreement.
