2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.08.2023. to 31.12.2024r. up to 1 013 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume - basic order 14 064.93 MWh, including:

1) Supply of electricity in 2023 (Part 1 of the order) – 4 166.21 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is provided in Annex 1a/1b to the SWZ

2) Supply of electricity to premises and facilities – tariff groups C, G, R in 2024 (Part 2 of the contract) – 5 374.95 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1c to the SWZ

3) Supply of electricity to premises and facilities – tariff group B in 2024 (Part 3 of the order) – 1 557.65 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1d to the SWZ

4) Supply of electricity for road lighting in 2024 (Lot 4 of the contract) –

2 966.12 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is provided in Annex 1e

3. The Contracting Authority of the Kępiński District and the Ogrodzieniec Commune provide for the right of option – applies to Part 2 of the contract. Detailed description of the WCS options

Detailed description of the subject of the contract - Part 1 of the contract - Supply of electricity in 2023

1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 1 013 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the collection points (PPE) is included by the contracting authority in Annex 1a/1b to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 4 166.21 MWh, including:

• for the needs of premises and facilities 2 929.96 MWh,

• for road lighting 1 236.25 MWh

The above-mentioned forecast electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering parties (consumers), except for the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed.

Part 2 of the contract - Supply of electricity to premises and facilities – tariff groups C, G, R in 2024.

1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 500 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party is included in Annex No 1c to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 5 374.95 MWh /basic order/.

The above-mentioned forecast electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering parties (consumers), except for the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed.

4. The contracting authority – Kępiński County – provides for the right of option.

1) The right of option will cover the supply of electricity after 30.06.2024. up to 3 objects (can apply to both a single object and all three)

As part of the option, the ordering party reserves the right to extend the period of electricity supply by a maximum of 6 months, i.e. until 31.12.2024.

Maximum amount of electricity purchased under the option:

– numer PPE 590243843025380264 - 25,00 MWh

– numer PPE 590243843025520219 - 15,79 MWh

– numer PPE 590243843025406490 - 46,16 MWh

As part of the basic order, delivery to the above-mentioned facilities will take place until 30.06.2024.

2) The maximum amount of electricity covered by the option right is: 86.95 MWh.

Detailed description of the subject of the contract - Part 3 of the contract - Supply of electricity to premises and facilities - tariff group B in 2024.

1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 6 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the collection points (PPE) has been included by the contracting authority in Appendix No. 1d to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 1 557.65 MWh

The above-mentioned forecast electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering parties (consumers), except for the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, details of delivery dates in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1d to the SWZ column "Delivery period".

5. Measuring systems are tailored to the seller's change procedure.

6. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the scheduled start date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).

Detailed description of the subject of the contract - Part 4 of the contract - Supply of electricity for road lighting in 2024.

1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 507 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the collection points (PPE) has been included by the contracting authority in Appendix No. 1e to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 2 966.12 MWh.

The above-mentioned forecast electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering parties (consumers), except for the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, with the reservation that details of delivery dates (start and end) in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1e to the SWZ column "Delivery period".

5. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the planned commencement date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).
