Part 2: Service of mass delivery to Clients of invoices and other correspondence for indicated postcodes

Part 3: Mass delivery service to Customers invoices and other correspondence excluding indicated postcodes

Part 4: Law Firm Service PGE Turnover S.A. in domestic and foreign trade

(a) acceptance of orders received from the Contracting Authority concerning invoices and other correspondence of PGE Spin S.A. and additional prints,

(b) preparation of documents for printing,

(c) archiving documents images,

(d) printing documents and preparing shipments,

(e) separation of the stream of prepared consignments broken down by postcode ranges,

(f) the broadcasting of consignments to the Postal Operators indicated by the Contracting Authority,

(g) exchange of information with the Ordering Party and with the Postal Operators in electronic form,

(h) forwarding electronically to the Ordering Party of Statuses from the process of printing and delivery of correspondence,

(i) handling complaints submitted electronically by the Contracting Authority concerning the printing and broadcasting of consignments,

(j) registration of the returns of consignments,

(k) preparing and making available to the Ordering Authority reports on the printing and broadcasting service of correspondence.

(a) acceptance of consignments from the operator carrying out the print service indicated by the Contracting Authority and hereinafter referred to as the Printing Shop,

(b) the delivery of domestic consignments to recipients,

(c) handling of the return of shipments,

(d) exchange of information with the Printing Office on the status of shipments, returns and complaints in electronic form,

(e) handling complaints submitted electronically concerning correspondence provided to Customers,

(f) preparing and making available reports to the Contracting Authority

(a) acceptance of consignments from the operator carrying out the print service indicated by the Contracting Authority and hereinafter referred to as the Printing Shop,

(b) the delivery of domestic and foreign consignments to recipients,

(c) handling of the return of shipments,

(d) exchange of information with the Printing Office on the status of shipments, returns and complaints in electronic form,

(e) handling complaints submitted electronically concerning correspondence provided to Customers,

(f) preparing and making available reports to the Contracting Authority

(a) receipt of postal consignments from locations indicated by the Contracting Authority,

(b) delivery of postal consignments to the location indicated by the Contracting Authority,

(c) delivery of consignments to recipients,

(d) the delivery of postal consignments in accordance with the declared demand of the Contracting Authority,

(e) mediation of the implementation by the Designated Operator of the delivery of postal consignments to state authorities,

(f) handling of the return of shipments,

(g) traceing/monitoring of postal consignments recorded and registered ZPO,

h) handling complaints.
