The purpose of this contract is to establish the basic technical requirements for the development of a turnkey project, which includes the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of both the equipment and the necessary software components, as well as the associated professional services so that the city council of Alcoy has an intelligent management system and an IoT Node in the municipal building "Rodes", following in its entirety, the UNE Standard 178108 in particular and the family of UNE 178 Standards related to smart cities.
