The subject of the contract is the supply of hard coal for energy purposes in the total amount of 5200 tons, assortment M II A, type 31.2-32.1 (according to PN-82/G-97002), with the following parameters:
a. calorific value: 23 250 – 24 000 kJ/kg,
b. ash content: up to 14.5%,
c. total sulphur content ≤ 0.585%,
d. total moisture: up to 13 %,
e. Subdivision content (0-1 mm) < 20 %,
f. volatile parts content > 28%,
g. ash softening temperature > 1100° C
h. melting point of ash in a reducing atmosphere > 1300° C
i. sintering capacity (number of Horns in the range of 5 to 20),
j. with low self-igniting capacity,
k. without impurities in the form of scrap, sand, stones, etc.
along with its transport to the Heating Plant Square, 125 Pabianicka Street in Aleksandrów Łódzki and unloading in the place indicated by the representative of the Ordering Party.

delivered in batches after prior notification to the Ordering Party about each delivery.
The Contracting Authority shall benefit from exemption from excise duty on the basis of exemption from excise duty on coal products consumed by energy-intensive enterprises for heating purposes.
The subject of the contract – coal will be delivered to the square of the Department of Heat Management – Heating Plant in Aleksandrów Łódzki, at 125 Pabianicka Street, and unloaded by the Contractor at the Heating Plant Square, in the place indicated by the authorized representative of the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall inform the Ordering Party in writing or by fax about each delivery.
The Purchaser undertakes to store each delivery on a separate pile.
The Contractor shall attach to each delivery a delivery document together with the number of the intermediary entity and a coal quality certificate containing the following quality parameters of coal (calorific value, ash, total sulphur, total moisture) and submit the indicated document to the representatives of the Ordering Party before unloading each delivery.
With each delivery, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a certificate of origin of coal in accordance with the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and protecting national security (Journal of Laws of 15.04.2022, item 835).
The Contractor will deliver the subject of the contract to the heating plant in Aleksandrów Łódzki, at 125 Pabianicka Street, with transport units whose total gross weight will not exceed 50 tons. Entry of units may take place to the heating plant only on working days (Monday - Friday) from 7.00 to 14.30.
The Contractor shall secure the deliveries against harmful factors and shall be fully liable for this until the Purchaser receives the delivery at the place specified by the Ordering Party, with a written acknowledgement of receipt. The contractor is responsible for the selection of a means of transport that provides protection against weather factors, etc.
Rules for accepting the delivery of a batch of coal by the warehouse "PGKIM" sp. z o.o.:
a) if the quantity of delivery of a batch of coal according to the Supplier's documents is less than the quantity weighed by the Ordering Party, the quantity of delivery of a batch of coal according to the delivery documents shall be assumed,
b) if the quantity of delivery of a batch of coal according to the Supplier's documents is greater than the quantity weighed by the Ordering Party, the quantity of delivery of a batch of coal shall be assumed on the basis of the Ordering Party's weight indications,
c) The Supplier is obliged to provide the Ordering Party, before the delivery of coal, with a valid certificate of legalization of the scale.
