The Swedish Pensions Agency procures a framework agreement regarding IT consulting brokers. The framework agreement covers the following areas of expertise:

• Area of expertise 1 - Usability

• Area of expertise 2 - Architecture

• Area of expertise 3 - Security

• Area of expertise 4 - Management & Governance

• Area of expertise 5 - System development

• Area of expertise 6 - Test

• Area of expertise 7 - Business development & requirements

The framework agreement shall run for two years with the possibility of extension for a maximum of two years. The number of consultants called off via current IT consulting brokers has been between 70 and 120 at any given time. On average, about 100 call-offs were made per year during the current framework agreement's term. Sales have amounted to just over SEK 200 million annually in 2020 and 2021.
