Brussels Civil Service wishes to conclude a single contract framework agreement (i.e. with 1 successful successful contractor) with the aim of joining the services of an authorised social secretariat for the administration of salaries and social documents by means of a software solution, for its own needs and for the needs of the institutions beneficiaries of this central purchase station.

The framework agreement includes the installation and parameterization, by the contractor, of a software solution (“web-based user” interface so that a digital data exchange can take place) for the administration of salaries and social documents.

This software solution must be able to exchange with the applications used at Brussels Civil Service and the institutions benefiting from this central purchase station (see above list CSC page 4).

The precise description of the contract can be found in Part III “Technical Specifications” of this Special Specification (“SCC”).
