- the deep renovation of the accommodation building (on 3 levels) to house the occupants (development of 40 double rooms, 25 single rooms, 2 PMR rooms, 2 fireplaces or relaxation rooms, 2 study rooms, 2 classrooms, 1 meeting room, 2 local monitors, several technical rooms and a closed shell wing),

- the demolition of one of the bridges,

- the treatment of the direct surroundings,

- the installation of a new low voltage distribution of the building,

- the new installation of special techniques (ventilation, heating, sanitary, access control, fire detection, computer ...).

Lot 1 includes the work of major works, demolitions, stability, completions, signage, acoustics and surroundings of the building of the accommodation of the "Le Blanc Gravier" sports center.

Lot 2 includes the exterior carpentry work (curtain walls ...) of the accommodation building of the "Le Blanc Gravier" sports center.

Lot no. 3 includes the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary works (HVACS) as well as the HVAC regulation of the accommodation building of the "Le Blanc Gravier" sports center.

Lot 4 includes low voltage work (electricity, fire detection, intrusion detection, data, AMOK ...) and lift installation (elevator) of the accommodation building of the "Le Blanc Gravier" sports center.
