3.1. The subject of the contract is to design and obtain the necessary decisions, opinions and permits, including decisions on building permits or notification of the intention to perform construction works (if required), performance of services, supplies of materials and equipment, and execution of construction works regarding photovoltaic installations including (with possible change of connection conditions) to the power grid (distribution of electricity) as part of the task entitled "Installations photovoltaic in public facilities and infrastructure of the City and Commune of Działoszyn" - stage I
including, in particular, the execution in the "design and build" formula of objects indicated in the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in SWZ.
