The purpose of the contract is to complete the mission of architectural, engineering, building energy performance (EPB) and safety and health coordination project author in the context of the creation of equipment socio-cultural, in accordance with the program "Policy of the city 2017-2021" approved by the Regional Government on 6.7.2017.

The purpose of the contract is to complete the mission of architectural, engineering, building energy performance (EPB) and safety and health coordination project author in the context of the creation of equipment socio-cultural, in accordance with the program "Policy of the city 2017-2021" approved by the Regional Government on 6.7.2017.

The project concerns the renovation, reconstruction and extension of an old cinema, a theater and a building with a view to creating a new socio-cultural equipment with scenic spaces, adaptable places allowing to host different cultural activities and social cohesion (exhibitions, performances, workshops, meetings) technical and administrative spaces. The new equipment will host the cultural center of Schaerbeek.

The sustainable approach of the project will be central and transversal. The contracting authority wishes to implement innovative solutions.

The building must incorporate the concepts of sustainable construction, in particular by respecting the energy performance standards in force and aiming at the implementation of sustainable materials or reuse or short circuit.
