Development and implementation service for the expansion of the Agua0 system.

The object of the contract is the provision of the service of development and implementation of digital tools that allows the evolution and reengineering of the Water0 information systems (Water0-Utilities and Water0-Discharges) whose purpose is to manage the competence area of the General Directorate Planning and Water Resources.

The object of the contract consists of the provision of services for development and implementation, allowing adaptation to real and final needs. All this with a double aspect of face, on the one hand, to provide citizens with digital tools in an integrated and personalized way in everything of their interest in the field of water resources and for the Administration the rethinking of the Integrated Processing Agenda of Procedures related to the matter covering the adequate management of hydrological activity in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia.

All this implies activities both to redesign the current systems and to carry out the necessary functional and technological evolutions, subject to the quality parameters committed in the corresponding service level agreement. Said service level agreement will be aligned with the current needs of the Ministry, requiring constant monitoring to guarantee the service provided and with sufficient flexibility to allow it to be updated based on changes or new requirements of the Ministry.
