1. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of comprehensive cleaning services of external surfaces located in military complexes administered by 41 School Aviation Base in Dęblin. The procedure is marked with reference number — 6/21/N.

2. This procedure was divided into two separate parts of the contract (two independent tasks):

- part I:

the provision of services of comprehensive maintenance of the purity of external areas located in military complexes administered by 41 School Aviation Base in Dęblin, i.e.: Dęblin — Fortress, Głusiec, Ponds and Stężyca,

- part II:

the provision of services comprehensive maintenance of the cleanliness of external areas located in military complexes administered by 41 School Aviation Base in Dęblin, i.e.: Dęblin — Airport, Jagodne, Click and in the Military Additions Headquarters in Puławy.

2. Detailed scope and description of the item of the order can be found below and in the following annexes to the SWZ:

2.1. tender form (respectively for the task) — Annex No 1;

2.2. detailed description of the object of the order for task I — Annex 1a;

2.3. detailed description of the object of the order for Task II — Annex No 1b;

2.4. the statement of external surfaces for task I and II — Annex No 1c;

2.5. the proposed provisions of the contract for Task I and II — Annex No 7;

6. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to indicate in the tender form the parts of the contract whose execution intends to entrust to the subcontractors and the names of possible subcontractors, if they are already known.

7. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of personal performance by the Contractor/individual Contractors jointly applying for the award of the public contract of key tasks.

— the proposed contract provisions for Task I and II — Annex Nos 7a and 7b.

The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to indicate in the tender form the parts of the contract whose execution he intends to entrust to the subcontractors and the names of possible subcontractors if they are already known.

The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of personal performance by the Contractor/individual Contractors jointly applying for the award of the public contract of key tasks.
