Framework agreement for building cleaning at Faßberg Air Base

Conclusion of a framework agreement for 4 years to carry out the building cleaning (maintenance and basic/special cleaning) in the Faßberg air base property in accordance with the enclosed contract documents.

The annual cleaning area for maintenance cleaning amounts to a total of 9,664,031.68 m², and 2,000 hours per year are estimated for basic and special cleaning.

A qualified foreman (training as a building cleaner or comparable) is required, who is not entrusted with cleaning services himself and who is available on site on weekdays during the complete cleaning hours

is used.

As part of the execution of the contract, some buildings in protected areas require a prior safety check of the cleaning personnel deployed in them. For 7 buildings, this is an Ü2 tamper protection and for 9 buildings an Ü2 VS-Confidential (contractual condition, not a suitability criterion).
