STIB is looking for companies likely to make available, at the level of work groups and departments, multifunction printers and plotters (plotters) and their consumables, to install and configure them, both at the level of the devices themselves. same as network connectivity, setup of print servers and associated software / drivers, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software.

Around 270 multifunctional printers with the following functionalities: print, scanning, copy, fax over IP, analog fax, follow me printing, user identification, financial and technical accounting and reporting system, black & white and color for around 1,000,000 copies per month (all formats combined) broken down as follows: 40% color printing and 60% black & white printing.

An omnium rental and maintenance contract should be provided for these printers.

Solutions will need to include different approaches, on-premise or in the cloud. An adaptation of the number of machines and related commitments (maintenance, supplies, consumables, etc.) can be done at any time, both downwards and upwards, without penalization of any kind.

About ten color production plotters, large formats up to A0 or more (plans…), and with an in-line folding system (option) and a large format scanner (option).
