Järvi-Suomen Energia Oy, Kajave Oy, Kymenlaakson Sähköverkko Oy, PKS Sähkösiirto Oy and Savon Voima Verkko Oy (Subscribers) are tendering the 110/20 kV main transformers of the electricity distribution network as joint procurement. The procurement is divided into five parts, in which each Contracting entity makes an independent procurement decision and contract by selecting the lowest benchmark price for its own area from the tenders that meet the requirements of the invitation to tender.

The procurement includes the main transformers with oil and accessories, deliveries from the factory to the foundations designated by the Customer, import, crane, hauling and freight costs, as well as acceptance tests carried out at the Supplier's factory. In addition, the procurement includes assembly and installation work ready for use at the final disposal site, as well as tests and trial runs in accordance with the programme. The planning of assembly and installation work, the necessary drawings, instructions and test protocols documented, as well as the training of the Client's personnel, are also included in the delivery of the procurement.

The content of procurements made on the basis of a contract is always specified in connection with a separate main transformer order. The main transformers and fittings to be delivered shall comply with the technical specifications accompanying the tender documents.

The customers operate in an industry critical to security of supply, where continuity management of deliveries and the availability of spare parts are important. The clients will conclude procurement contracts for the period 2025-2026. The total number of main transformers to be procured during the contract period is 18.
