Framework agreement for the purchase and supply of disinfectants and cleaning agents for the LWL-Kliniken Dortmund and Lengerich

Framework agreement for a maximum contract period of 48 months for the purchase and delivery of compatible disinfectants and cleaning agents for the LWL clinics in Dortmund and Lengerich.

I. Auftragswertschätzung

Expected contract value estimate (net) for the entire contract term (48 months) in accordance with § 3 para. 4 VgV: € 270,000

The anticipated, estimated order quantities for the entire contract period (4 years) can be found in the price sheet of the respective lot.

There is no minimum purchase obligation (see Annex A - Service description).

II. Maximum value

Maximum (optional) maximum value (net) for the entire contract period (48 months) in accordance with § 3 para. 4 VgV: € 322,000

The LWL assumes that the maximum quantity is actually undercut by about 20% (see order values estimated above). The stated value corresponds to the maximum quantity within the meaning of the ECJ decision of 17.06.2021, C-23/20 - Simonsen & Weel.
