located in Poznań at Termalna Street No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Complex"), which consists of buildings (hereinafter referred to as

"Facility"), outdoor pools, green areas, parking lots, communication routes and other outdoor areas.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive cleaning service of the "Termy Maltańskie" Complex

"Facility"), outdoor pools, green areas, parking lots, communication routes and other outdoor areas.

The complex performs service functions for customers. The complex has a separate sports part and a recreation part,

administrative and office part and technical facilities. Companies operate in the Complex

external: rent space or provide services.
