The subject of the contract is Reception and management of municipal waste from the Municipality of Świerklaniec in the years 2022-2024 under 4 tasks (parts):

1.Task 1 — Reception and management of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the Community Świerklaniec.

2.Task 2 - Reception and management of municipal waste and equipment with containers

and containers of the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point located in Świerklańiec at 100 Wiosenna Street

3.Assignment no. 3 - Reception and management of waste from recreation areas, i.e. the Holiday Resort Lagoon Nakło — Chechło managed by Świerklaniec Municipality.

4. Task No. 4 - “Reception of waste from utility facilities, municipal cemetery and recreation areas

1. Task 1 — Reception and management of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the Community Świerklaniec.

The subject of the Order is:

1.1 Reception and management of municipal waste mixed and collected in a selective manner indicated in the description of the subject of the contract arising on properties residing in the Community of Świerklaniec.

1.2 Equipment of property inhabited with containers and bags for collecting municipal waste.

1.3 Equipment designated points in containers for collection of batteries and expired medicines.

1.4 carrying out the action of collection of hazardous, large-sized waste and electrowaste.

Task 2 - Reception and management of municipal waste and equipment with containers and containers of the Selective Waste Collection Point located in Świerklańiec at 100 Wiosenna Street

The subject of the Order is:

1 Equipment with containers and containers for waste collection point of Selective Municipal Waste Collection, located in Świerklańiec (42-622) at 100 Wiosenna Street.

2 Reception and management of municipal waste collected at Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Świerklańiec (42-622) at 100 Wiosenna Street.

The task consists in the collection and management of municipal waste coming from recreation areas, i.e. the Holiday Resort Lalew Nakło — Chechło managed by the Community of Świerklaniec together with the lease of containers (containers), in particular:

1 Reception and management of municipal waste mixed and collected selectively from Subleaseholders and leisure in this area,

2 equipment of the points with containers and containers for waste collection, as well as waste collection bags during the cleaning operation of the Lagoon, i.e. collecting bulk waste during the spring and autumn period, including the collection and management of waste collected from the Lagoon site.

Task no. 4 - Reception of waste from utility facilities, municipal cemetery and recreational areas belonging or managed by the Municipality of Świerklaniec

The subject of the Order is:

Reception and management of mixed municipal waste, segregated municipal waste, biodegradable waste (including green), large waste and repair and construction waste together with the lease of containers (containers). Reception of municipal waste is required from commercial buildings and recreation areas.
