The object of the contract is the performance of services for the benefit of Myenergy and this within the framework of the “Infopoint Myenergy” project. It will give rise to the signing of an “Agreement relating to the provision of awareness-raising and basic energy advisory services within the framework of Myenergy's activities” (hereinafter the “Agreement”) with an external advisor. The draft agreement to be concluded with the external advisor is appended to these specifications (appendix 1). The clauses and conditions of this agreement form an integral part of these specifications. The agreement will be concluded for a period of twelve months at a maximum time of 1,472 hours from 19.4.2021. Said agreement terminates automatically, without any formality and without the possibility of automatic renewal on 18.4.2022.

This invitation to tender and the performance of the resulting contract are governed by the law on public contracts. The contract award is subject to an open European procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the Law. The contract is linked to a project co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
